Two personal diaries (1917-1920) kept by McCully as commander, Squadron Five Patrol Force, Atlantic Fleet and Rochefort Naval District (France), as commander, U.S. Naval Forces in North Russia, as representative to the Paris Peace Conference, and as special agent of the U.S. Department of State in South Russia. Includes printed matter relating to Russia and notebook kept by McCully as chief of the U.S. naval mission to Brazil (1925-1927).
